Scheduled rates, commencement dates, and collection mechanics are stated as at the check date shown on each page, sourced from the NSW Government strategy page and the Electric Vehicles (Revenue Arrangements) Act 2021. They can change. The post-Vanderstock legal footing of any NSW road-user charge is unresolved.

Refunds

Every launch purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, processed within 5 business days. No change-of-mind refunds outside the 14-day window. ACL consumer guarantees apply regardless.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
